Here's a little "infographic" (a new phrase for me) to help increase your understanding of DOMA and Prop 8 and what the Supreme Court has gotten twisted up in this time.
Amy Rohrer
Executive Director, DPDC
Dear Democratic Party of,
Just two short weeks ago, the Supreme Court heard arguments on DOMA and Prop. 8 – but it may be some time before they announce their decisions in the cases.
So, what happens next?
With just a couple months left in the Court's current session, a decision could come at any time.
We made history together by bringing these monumental LGBT equality cases to the Supreme Court. Thank you for continuing to be a part of this fight.
Sincerely,
Brian Moulton Legal Director Human Rights Campaign
